Under a Technical Assistance and Development Agreement, FPT gains direct access to Qualcomm's latest automotive-grade chips and platforms — making FPT the first partner of this model in Vietnam and the second in Southeast Asia for automotive. FPT Automotive's AI team builds the intelligence layer that makes the transition to software-defined vehicles practical — taking AI from prototype to production across eight service domains, with proven outcomes on real automotive programs.
Our eight services address the full development lifecycle: deploying AI models at the edge (Edge AI, Physical AI), automating testing and code quality (System Test AI, Unit Test AI, Refactoring AI), building smart in-vehicle experiences (Cockpit AI, Chatbot AI), and extracting insight from vehicle data (EDA and ML). Together they form a coherent AI capability stack for automotive software teams — delivered by a dual team spanning Japan (onsite) and Vietnam (offshore).
